CBCMA has recently published a new document that is considered part of our Program Guidelines. This document, titled “Borrower Residency and Eligibility Guide,” is designed to assist lenders in defining eligibility and acceptable documentation for United Sates Citizens and Non-United States Citizens. Borrowers must also meet credit, program, and specific product matrix eligibility guidelines, as applicable, to participate in Chenoa Fund.
