CBCMA has been made aware that, in certain circumstances, correspondents are unable to populate CBCMA in Section 4B of the URLA. While it is the preference of CBCMA that our name appear in this section, we will accept the correspondent’s name if the correspondent’s LOS system has a business rule or policy that automatically populates their name, or if “CBCMA” populates in Section 9, Loan Originator Information.

All other section information must be correct for Subordinate Lien, Monthly Payment, and Loan Amount.

The 92900-LT must be reflect “CBCMA” in Secondary Financing under Source and the Gov’t box must be checked.
