Chenoa Fund is an affordable housing program provided by Cedar Band Corporation Mortgage Agency, also known as CBC Mortgage Agency (CBCMA). CBCMA is a uniquely created and organized government institution owned by the Cedar Band of Paiutes, a Native American tribe. Our mission is to increase affordable and sustainable home ownership opportunities for credit-worthy individuals who lack the ability to provide a down payment on a home. If you’re looking for affordable housing for credit worthy families, you’ve come to the right spot. CBCMA has several programs to choose from that include
- Down payment assistance in the form of second mortgages
- Conventional loans
- FHA loans
Chenoa Fund has created a series of training resources to help you understand the requirements for each program and provide instructions to make sure your closings happen on-time and as hassle-free as possible.
*See the sidebar category Chenoa Fund Program Guidelines for additional resources.
