As of 9/1/2019 we will be updating the program guidelines for CBC Mortgage Agency regarding Mortgage Insurance Certificates (MICs). A copy of the Mortgage Insurance Certificate, will be required within 30 days of the closing date. If we do not have this a roll fee will be assessed of .025 bps per day.
