About Lucy Salinas

Lucy Salinas is CBC Mortgage Agency’s (CBCMA) Community Lending Advisor. In her role, she supports CBCMA’s outreach initiatives by educating individuals in underserved markets about the Chenoa Fund program, while also conducting personalized training sessions in both English and Spanish for real estate agents in those markets. As a first-generation immigrant, she understands the importance of homeownership and the associated challenges that can come with purchasing a home. Her personal experiences fuel her passion for serving and educating the public on down payment assistance so that more may benefit from owning a home.

Since joining CBCMA in 2020, Lucy has shown outstanding leadership in various roles. She has a deep understanding of the Chenoa Fund program and the needs and challenges within the Hispanic community. Lucy’s experience in the mortgage industry spans 17 years. Lucy enjoys dancing, cooking, and crafting with her children in her spare time.
