CBC Mortgage Agency has received numerous comments from loan originators that they were not informed by their corporate offices of the program guideline changes that went into effect on 9/1. Extensive measures were taken to communicate these changes well in advance of their implementation and three national trainings were offered to resolve any questions regarding the changes. These changes can be found on page 2 of our program guidelines. We remind all that effective with applications taken after 9/1 the new guidelines are in effect. These changes affect loans with FICO scores between 620 and 659 only and can be found here:
