About Bob Sweeney

Bob Sweeney is an Account Executive with CBC Mortgage Agency, home of the Chenoa Fund Down Payment Assistance Program. He is a licensed mortgage professional with over 35 years in retail and wholesale/correspondent lending, 15 of those years as Regional Wholesale Account Manager with Union Federal Bank – Wholesale Division. Bob provides unmatched service to all his accounts, with two promises. First, he will always be honest with you. Secondly, he will always treat you the way you want to be treated. His goal is to provide you with the best customer experience possible. He was elected to The National Association of Mortgage Professionals (NAMB) Board of Directors in October 2015-2017 and was also the Chairman of the NAMB Education Committee. He is still active in the mortgage and real estate community in Indiana. Bob and his wife have known each other for 65 years and have been married 55 years. They first met in 8th grade.
