19-13: MANUFACTURED HOUSING AND LOAN AMOUNT ADJUSTMENT UPDATED ON RATE SHEET

Please Note: We have made the following changes to the rate sheet.

• As of 5/15 CBC Mortgage Agency now accepts Manufactured Housing on all FHA Programs. Please see attached the rate sheet for the pricing adjustment.

• We have removed the pricing adjustment for Loan Amounts $50K or less.

***CBC Mortgage Agency will be closed on Monday, May 27th, in observance of Memorial Day. CBC’s lock desk will also be closing early today, May 24th at 12:00pm MST, any loans that need to be locked today will need to be locked by 12:00pm MST.***
