CBC Mortgage Agency has all ready implemented this change internally so all second mortgages documents drawn by CBCMA will have this as the first payment address.
Our collateral address will change March 1, 2018. Beginning March 1, 2018, all collateral for both first and second mortgages should be sent to our corporate office:

We will continue to receive collateral at the old address for the next six months. Our collateral processing team will send you a reminder each time collateral is received at our old location to assist with this transition.

The mortgagee clause is only necessary for the second mortgage. The first mortgage mortgagee clause should be in the name of the company funding the first mortgage.
