Sponsorships

CBC Mortgage Agency is a proud sponsor of the following organizations. These sponsorships are with groups who we deeply align values and missions with. We invite you to read about each group and follow along our journey with them.

UHOUSI

The UHOUSI Initiative is an effort to increase responsible homeownership among African Americans, other minorities and millennials. The UHOUSI Initiative is sponsored by Chenoa Fund, a leading national provider of down payment assistance to qualified homebuyers and is lead by prominent African American faith-based and civil rights leaders.

NAREB (National Association of Real Estate Brokers)

The National Association of Real Estate Brokers, (NAREB), is a Real Estate Professional trade organization. We have local chapters across the country who embrace our ideals and mission of “promoting democracy in housing”. While our name suggests an organization of Real Estate Brokers, it is a professional real estate organization which includes membership from multiple disciplines in the real estate industry. We welcome professionals in all areas of real estate to join us and help promote our mission.

NAR: (National Association of REALTORS)

The National Association of REALTORS® is America’s largest trade association, representing 1.4 million members, including NAR’s institutes, societies, and councils, involved in all aspects of the residential and commercial real estate industries. Our mission is to empower REALTORS® as they preserve, protect and advance the right to real property for all. Our vision is to be a trusted ally, guiding our members and those they serve through the ever-evolving real estate landscape.

The Mortgage Collaborative

The Mortgage Collaborative is the only independent cooperative network in the mortgage industry. We’re not selling any products or services, nor are we owned by a company looking to do so. We simply sell membership into The Collaborative, which provides a series of benefits for our members. Our membership cost is very low, and all of our members enjoy strong returns on their membership investment.

We’re firmly committed to adding only best-in-class members and vendors. Never before have more third party entities been involved in the home loan process from start to finish, and the industry’s standards on vendors and vendor management have never been tighter. We’re not just going to sign up any vendor or lender that applies.

Our lender members can be confident they’ll be working with top quality companies when using our preferred vendor partners, and at a discounted price. Our vendor partners can be assured they’ll be dealing with built to last, best-in-class lenders when working with TMC member companies.

Lenders One

Today, we’re one of the largest mortgage co-ops in the country with a diverse mix of 220+ member companies. These businesses cover the entire lending spectrum — from banks, credit unions, independent mortgage banks and real estate/builder-affiliated firms — and they originate between $50 million to $25 billion per year
