      • Congrats to Mercedes Salazar for her outstanding leadership, commitment, and dedication in managing the monumental task of selling nearly 1500 2nd mortgage Notes. This led to one of the biggest “wins” in our company history. In addition, she recently went dumpster diving to find some missing packages which were accidentally thrown away. Had she not done this, we would be missing a number of documents including a couple of 1st Notes and Deeds.

        • For the month of July, we are recognizing Colette Ewell for the Service Excellence Award, as an example to the company of one who went above and beyond to ensure customer loyalty. Colette had a vacation planned, and a fellow employee set to cover for her during her much deserved time off. When the covering employee was unexpectedly hospitalized for that week, Colette managed to cover her responsibilities remotely between the time she had planned to spend with her family. She did this without complaint and without skipping a beat. Colette, thank you for your personal investment in the success of our company to ensure customer loyalty!
