No Alteration Permitted. Except for customizing in accordance with these guidelines and the customization instructions, the materials may not be altered in any way and the artwork may not be used for any other purposes or placed into other documents.
Valid License. By using these materials you represent that you or your company is a validly licensed broker or mortgage lender or a realtor in the United States or its territories.
Do Not Misrepresent. You will not misrepresent your relationship with CBC Mortgage Agency, provider of Chenoa Fund™, or present false or misleading impressions about Chenoa Fund™ products or services.
Prior Approval Required. You will not issue any press release or public announcement on the basis of this agreement without CBC Mortgage Agency’s prior written approval.
Provided As Is. These materials are provided as-is without any warranty of any sort.
Printing. You may print an unlimited number of copies of these materials.

What do I need to know before using marketing materials?
The following are important details to remember about working with the Marketing Resources:
Lenders and Lenders/Realtors. Resources designed for Lenders and Lenders/Realtors.
- Lenders. Look for the categories that say (LENDERS). All the resources in that section are designed specifically for use by lenders.
- Lenders & Realtors. Look for the categories that say (LENDERS & REALTORS). All the resources in that section will allow for both the lender and realtor to jointly use the marketing material.
PDF file sizes. PDFs come in two file sizes:
- Large for quality printing. Look for the resource that says (PRINT). The resources will be 1mb to 4 mb in size.
- Small for emailing. Look for the resource that says (EMAIL). This resource is under 1mb in size.
Printing specifications for marketing materials. These marketing materials are 300 dpi resolution and are suitable for professional printing or you can print right from your personal printer. They can print one color (black) or 4-color process. It is recommended that these print on white, coated stock.
PDFs in multiple versions. Many resources will come in two to four versions to accommodate the needs of various companies that offer the Chenoa Fund™ program throughout the United States. Each version will include a combination of the following elements:
- Mortgage lender contact fields
- Realtor contact fields
- Equal Housing logo
- FDIC logo
- Realtor logo
- Space to insert image of the lender and/or realtor
- Field to enter Terms & Conditions

How to use. Choose the version the meets your company requirements.
- Step 1. Download the PDF, open the PDF on your computer, and enter information in the blue space/fields provided.
- Step 2. If you choose the version that includes an image space, click on the space and upload your desired image.
- Step 3. When you print, the blue fields will disappear and information you entered will remain.
- Step 4. When you email, the blue fields will remain along with the information you entered.
