    • What do I need to know before using marketing materials?
      • The following are important details to remember about working with the Marketing Resources:

         

        Lenders and Lenders/Realtors. Resources designed for Lenders and Lenders/Realtors.

        • Lenders. Look for the categories that say (LENDERS). All the resources in that section are designed specifically for use by lenders.
        • Lenders & Realtors. Look for the categories that say (LENDERS & REALTORS). All the resources in that section will allow for both the lender and realtor to jointly use the marketing material.

         

        PDFs come in to file sizes. PDFs come in two file sizes:

        • Large for quality printing. Look for the resource that says (PRINT). The resources will be 1mb to 4 mb in size.
        • Small for emailing. Look for the resource that says (EMAIL). This resource is under 1mb in size.

         

        Printing specifications for marketing materials. These marketing materials are 300 dpi resolution and are suitable for professional printing or you can print right from your color or black and white printer.
