We are dedicated to increasing homeownership in diverse communities.
To date, we have assisted over 38,000 borrowers with their down payment. To assist all our borrowers successfully transition to homeownership, we provide 18 months of post purchase counseling from a HUD-approved counseling agency.
We partner with quality mortgage lenders on a correspondent basis to offer the Chenoa Fund down payment assistance program nationwide, excluding New York state.
CBC Mortgage Agency was incorporated in 2013 by the Cedar Band Corporation, an enterprise wholly owned by the Cedar Band of Paiutes.
